Baoshan Road Street is located in the east-central part of Jing'an District, Shanghai, east to East Baoxing Road, south to the railroad, west to North Xizang Road (former Hetian Road), north to North Zhongshan Road. The area of jurisdiction is 1.62 square kilometers. There are 22 neighborhood committees, 1,135 resident groups, more than 30,000 residents and a household population of more than 90,000 people. The street office is located at 600 Qingyun Road. Baoshan Road Street is rich in historical sites. There are 12 historical sites in Zhabei District, and 9 of them are located in Baoshan Road, including the site of the Commercial Press Shanghai Printing Co. Many key schools, such as Shibei Middle School, Qingyun Middle School, San Center Primary School and Zhijiang Middle Road Kindergarten, are located on Baoshan Road.
