Shanghai Lingang Jiading Science and Technology City, formerly known as the Jinbao Park in Jiangqiao Town, is one of the first industrial parks to undergo comprehensive transformation and upgrading as part of Shanghai’s “3+5+X” industrial map. It was jointly developed by Lingang Group and Jiading District—the two main forces driving Shanghai’s efforts to build a globally influential science and technology innovation hub.
Lingang Jiading Science and Technology City Economic Development Co., Ltd. was jointly established by three parties: Lingang Holdings (a listed platform under Lingang Group), the Jiading District State-owned Assets Platform, and the collective assets of Jiangqiao Town. Serving as a platform company, it will advance industrial upgrading and urban renewal across the 2.75-square-kilometer area of Shanghai Lingang Jiading Science and Technology City through various measures—including phasing out outdated industries, upgrading local industries, and introducing high-tech industries—while collaborating with high-quality market entities in finance, development, and industry.
