Heqing Town, belonging to Anzhou District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southwestern part of Anzhou District, bordering Bao Lin Town in the east, adjoining Liao Ping Town, Luojiang District, Deyang City in the south, neighboring Mianyuan Town, Mianzhu City in the west, and Gongxing Town, Xiu Shui Town, Xinchun Village, and Ju Shuihe (commonly known as the dry Hezi) junction in the north. 31 kilometers from the county seat of Anzhou District.
