Fengling Township, belonging to Lund County, Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, is located in the southwestern part of Lund County, east of Shanhe Township, south of Wenbao Township and Caowu Township, Jingning County, Gansu Province, west of Shenlin Township, and north of Shatang Township and Chenjin Township, with an area of 66.8 square kilometers of administrative area. As of the end of 2020, the household population of Fengling Township was 8,720.
In 1949, Fengling Township and Shangliang Township were established, and in 1984, Fengling Township and Shangliang Township were reset, and in October 2003, Shangliang Township was merged into Fengling Township. As of October 2021, Fengling Township has 8 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
