Ertok Banner, formerly known as Erdos Right Wing Middle Banner, belongs to Erdos City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, located in the western part of Erdos City, between longitude 106°41′-108°54′E and latitude 38°18′-40°11′N, close to Hangjin Banner in the north, Ertok Qian Banner in the south, neighboring Wuhai City and the Yellow River with Alashan League and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the west; the terrain of the whole Banner is gently inclined from northeast to southwest, which is a temperate continental climate and is bordered by Wuxia Banner in the east. Yellow River and Alxa League and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, east of the border with Uttarakhand Banner; the entire flag terrain from northeast to southwest gently inclined, a temperate continental climate.
