Heishan head town, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hulunbeier City, Erguna City, town under the jurisdiction of the city, is located in the southwest of Erguna City, east and Labu Daling street, three rivers back to the township adjacent to the south and Chen Balkhu Banner Ewenke National Suqi border, the west and Russia's Priargunsky District across the Erguna River as the border, the north and the En and Russian ethnic townships connected to the administrative region covers an area of 942 square kilometers.
