Dajing Town, belonging to Linxi County, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the east-central part of Linxi County, bordering Guandi Town in the east and Bahrain Right Banner across the river in the south, adjoining Linxi Town in the west and connecting with Dayingzi Township in the north. The area covers 242 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the household population was 14,747.
In April 1992, Zhongxing, Beigou and Xiaochengzi villages in Guandi Township were separated and placed in Dajing Economic Development Zone.In August 1994, it was changed to Dajing Township. As of June 2020, Dajing Town has 1 community and 9 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
