Xinxing Town, belonging to Liaoning Province, Panjin City, Dawa District, is located in the northwestern part of Dawa District, east of Panjin Xinglongtai District, south and Qingshui Town, Zhao circle river town connected to the west and the Panjin Labor Correctional Corps, Lu hometown across the river, the administrative area of 66.24 square kilometers. In 1953, Xinxing Farm was established, belonging to Panshan County; in 1984, Xinxing Township was established; in 1995, Xinxing Township was changed to a town.
