Xi'an Township, belonging to Dawa District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeastern part of Dawa District, east of Daliao River, south of Ping'an Township, west of Tangjia Township, north of Dongfeng Township, with an administrative area of 85.59 square kilometers. In 1958, Xi'an Farm was built, belonging to the Dawa District Office of Panshan County; in 1984, Panjin City was established, and Dawa County was again under the jurisdiction of Panjin City; Xi'an Township was restored in the same year; in 1995, Xi'an Township was abolished and set up as a township. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Xi'an Township was 25,748. As of June 2020, Xi'an Township has 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is located at No. 91 Sheng'an Road.
