Workflow

Project completion acceptance and production review, acceptance and review did not pass, the land use enterprises were ordered to rectify the deadline, the rectification period does not exceed one year, rectification is still not up to standard, in accordance with the agreement to pursue the responsibility for breach of contract.

The credit commitments made by the land use enterprises and information on their fulfillment of such commitments will be recorded in the enterprise credit file and pushed to the credit information sharing platform for public disclosure in accordance with the law.

Division of responsibilities

The district management committee is the main body responsible for the "standard land" transfer work, and all relevant functions are responsible for the specific implementation. 1. Regional assessment The competent authorities shall formulate and improve the implementation opinions or rules of regional assessment, and coordinate the regional assessment work; 2. District Investment Promotion Bureau will take the lead in formulating specific measures for production review and organizing its implementation. Specific work:

District Natural Resources Bureau: Responsible for determining the planning conditions, organizing the specific implementation of the "standard land" concessions, to carry out the regional important mineral overburden assessment, assessment of the risk of geologic hazards and other work.

District Economic Development Bureau: responsible for the implementation of the unit of industrial added value of energy consumption indicators.

Eco-Environmental Branch: responsible for coordinating with the higher eco-environmental protection departments to promote and implement the review of the regional environmental impact assessment; clear emission standards, and implement soil pollution control.

District Housing and Urban Renewal Bureau: responsible for carrying out regional water resources demonstration and assessment work; responsible for proposing the regional assembly building and green building requirements and other work.

District Education, Culture, Sports and Health Bureau: responsible for carrying out regional heritage exploration and assessment, and put forward requirements for heritage protection.

District Emergency Response Bureau: responsible for carrying out regional seismic safety assessment.

Meteorological Bureau: responsible for coordinating the regional climate feasibility assessment, review of key construction projects, major regional economic development projects, urban and rural construction planning, climate feasibility demonstration and meteorological disaster risk assessment.

District Investment Promotion Bureau: Responsible for determining the fixed asset investment intensity, mu average tax revenue and other indicators in conjunction with the Economic Development, Taxation, Natural Resources and other relevant departments, and jointly formulate the industrial project "standard land" fulfillment of regulatory agreements, and formulate the regulatory rules and regulations.

District Finance Bureau: Responsible for the implementation of regional assessment and implementation of "standard land" work required funds.
