The Panjin Lingang Economic Development Zone in Liaoning is located within Dawo County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. Situated at the heart of Northeast Asia, it serves as a key hub of the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt and a vital junction connecting the three major economic zones: the Central Liaoning Urban Cluster, the Western Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone, and the Liaodong Peninsula Economic Zone.
The economic zone has a total planned area of 159 square kilometers. It borders the Liaobin Coastal Economic Zone to the south, extends northward to the extension of the Zhongxin Line—from Zhongyangbao Village in Tianzhuangtai Town to Maquanzi Village in Erjiegou Town—reaches the Daliao River to the east, and extends to the Xinrong Highway to the west. Within this area, the western industrial zone covers 100 square kilometers, the eastern ecological new town covers 59 square kilometers, and the initial development zone of the industrial area spans 10 square kilometers.
