Wanghua District belongs to Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the western part of Fushun City, adjacent to the provincial capital of Shenyang City, with geographic coordinates between latitude 41°44′2"~41°51′50 "N and longitude 123°39′2"~123°56′56 "E. It is adjacent to Xinfu District in the east and Fushun County in the south, bordering Hunnan District in Shenyang City in the west and Shenbei New District in the northwest. East and Xinfu District border, south and Fushun County adjacent to the west and Shenyang City, Hunnan District, northwest and Shenyang City, Shenbei New District, north and Tieling City, Tieling County, northeast and Shuncheng District connected. The total area is 112 square kilometers; as of the end of 2022, Wanghua District had a total household population of 271,000 people. As of June 2023, Wanghua District has 7 streets, 1 town and 1 ethnic township under its jurisdiction: the district government is stationed at No. 3, West Section of Dandong Road.
Wanghua District is the birthplace of Lei Feng's spirit, there is "Lei Feng Memorial Hall", identified as "National Patriotism Education Demonstration Base", "National Youth Education Base" and so on. It has become a 4A-level tourist attraction integrating mausoleum, exhibition hall area and tour park. Wanghua District is located in the forefront of Shenfu homogenization, Fushun City, Fushun City, the most intensive heavy industrial industry in the urban area. It is crossed by Shenji Railway, Shenfu Tram, Shenfu Intercity Railway and Shenfu Highway.
