Shuangta District, belonging to Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is the seat of the Chaoyang Municipal People's Government, the political, economic and cultural center of Chaoyang City, the urban area is located on the east side of the Nuruerhu Mountain Range, the western foothills of the Songling Mountain Range, is a long-shaped disk between the Daling River Valley. It belongs to the north temperate continental climate zone, with geographic coordinates of 120°23′15″-120°31′56″ east longitude and 41°31′22″-41°36′57″ north latitude.
