Xi'an Fengzhen, a town under the jurisdiction of Baoying County, Jiangsu Province, is located in the northeast of Baoying County, bordering Jiulongkou Town of Jianhu County to the east, connecting with Sheyanghu Town to the south, adjoining CaoDian Town to the west, and bordering with three towns of Jingkou, Liudun and Shihe of Huai'an District, Huai'an City to the north. The administrative area covers 58.64 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Xi'anfeng Township had a household population of 32,442. Before the 32nd year of the Republic of China (1943), it belonged to Huai'an, Yancheng, and Baoying counties.In 1958, it was set up as Anfeng Township.In 1989, the township was abolished and reorganized as Xi'anfeng Township.
