Togu Township, belonging to Zhaozhou County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located 17 kilometers southeast of Zhaozhou County, in the hinterland of Songnen Plain. East and Chaoyang Township border, south and Zhaoyuan County, three stations bordering the town, west and Zhaozhou Town, north and Fengle Town adjacent. The total area of the jurisdiction is 185.47 square kilometers, with a total household population of 27,321 (2018).
In 1949, Togu Township belonged to the tenth district.In October 1958, Togu People's Commune was established.In 1984, the commune was changed to a township. As of October 2019, Togu Township has jurisdiction over 7 administrative villages: Togu Village, Xin'an Village, Yilin Village, Fuhai Village, Changde Village, Shuangli Village, and Dagou Village. The people's government of the township is located in Togu Village.
