Shiling Town, belonging to Xingbin District, Laibin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the southwestern part of Xingbin District, east of Tao Deng Township across the Qingshui River, south of Shanglin County, Nanning City, baiping Town, Binyang County, Zouping Town, west and north of the town of Qianjiang is neighboring. The area is 156.4 square kilometers, with a household population of 36,866 as of the end of 2019.
In the 17th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1891), it was called Nanxiang and belonged to Qianjiang County. In 1933, it was called Shiling Township, belonging to Qianjiang County; in 1968, it was called Shiling Commune; in 1984, it was called Shiling Township; in February 2000, it was abolished as a township and has been called Shiling Town since then. As of June 2020, Shiling Township has 1 community and 11 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
