Putian City, ancient name "Xinghua", also known as "Lycheng", "Puyang", "Xing'an" "Putian", Fujian Province, prefecture-level city, located in the central coastal Fujian Province, southeast of the Taiwan Strait, northeast of Fuqing City, Fuzhou City, Fuqing City, Fuzhou City, southwest of the connection between Quanzhou City, Yongchun County, Nan'an City, Luogang District, Quan Gang District, northwest of the back of Quanzhou City, Dehua County and Fuzhou City, Yongtai County.
