Hualin Township, belonging to Liangping County of Chongqing Municipality, was founded in 1951 and is located in the southwest of the county, 13 kilometers away from the county town and 3 kilometers away from the entrance of Liangchang Expressway, bordering with the towns of Yunlong, Jindai, Renxian, Juqui, Yinping and Tiemen.
