Zishui is located in the northwestern part of Kaixian County, Chongqing Municipality, on the east and west banks of the Zishui River, with longitude 108°18' east and latitude 31°24' north. East of Woqian and Dunhao Township, south of Zhengba Township, west of Gaoqiao Township, Maliu Township, north of Zitong Township. The township covers an area of 94KM2, and the government station is Zishui Dam, with an elevation of 460M, 53KM away from the county town in the south.
