River Weir Township is located in the northeastern part of Kaixian County, belonging to the southern branch of the Ba Shan vein east and south of the border with Yunyang County, west of Hot Spring Township, 43 kilometers from the county. Area of 154 square kilometers, population of 3.2 million people. Jurisdiction of the administrative villages of Dachou, Heyan, Daitian, Majia, Zhoujia, Shilong, Huamu, Shuihe, Tianyuan, Santong, Sanbao, Yanshui, Ni Jia, and Kouquan. The Kai (County) Cheng (Kou) (Wu) Creek Highway passes through the town. The average elevation of Ni Jia and Yan Shui villages in the town is 1100 meters above sea level, and the average annual temperature is 20℃.
