Xihu Town, belonging to Jiangjin District, Chongqing, is located in the southeast of Jiangjin District, east and Jazi Town border, south and Qijiang District Yongxin Town, Jiaping Town adjacent to the west and Li City Town, Pioneer Town, west of the town, connected to the north and Zhi Ping Street, 45 kilometers away from the People's Government of the Jiangjin District, the region has a total area of 141.81 square kilometers.
At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the territory of Xihu Township belonged to Dushiri; in December 1993, it was merged into Heba Township by Heba Township and Qingpo Township; in April 1999, Heba Township was renamed as Xihu Township.
