Siping Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Jiangjin District, Chongqing, is located in the southeastern part of Jiangjin District, Chongqing, with the famous national AAAAA-level Four-Face Mountain Scenic Area within its jurisdiction. Siping Town was approved to be established on December 1, 2014, under the jurisdiction of four villages, namely, Sifen, Yinyan, Wanglong in the former SiMianShan Town, and Qingyan in the former Berlin Town, as well as one community, namely, SiMianField in the former SiMianShan Town.In 2017, the administrative area of Siping Town was 60 square kilometers, with a resident population of 10,655 people.
In December 2016, Siping Town was awarded the title of "Best Destination for Rural Tourism in China".On July 29, 2020, Siping Town was selected as a national health township (county township) naming list for the 2017-2019 cycle.
