Tsinghua Park Street, belongs to Haidian District of Beijing. Located in the east of the central part of Haidian District, under the dual leadership of Haidian District Government and Tsinghua University, adjoining Zhongguancun Street to the south on the boundary of Chengfu Road; bordering College Road Street to the southeast on the line of Shuangqing Road; adjoining Dongsheng District on the east on the boundary of the Jingbaodao Railway; adjoining Yanyuan and Qinglongqiao Streets on the west on the south side of Tsinghua Road and the east side of Yuanmingyuan Road; and adjoining Qinglongqiao Street on the north on the boundary of Heqingyuan Road, with a total area of 3.6414 square kilometers. As of April 2020, Qinghuayuan Street has a resident population of 28,000 and a floating population of more than 6,000 people.
Qinghuayuan Street, named after the precinct named Qinghuayuan (i.e. the campus of Tsinghua University.) In July 1949, Qinghuayuan was assigned to the newly established 16th District and belonged to Chengfu Street; in August 1980, Qinghuayuan Street was established. As of October 2021, there are 10 neighborhoods under the jurisdiction of Tsinghua Park Street. The street office is located on the first floor of the service building of Tsinghua University's Zholan Yuan.
In 2011, the total financial income of Qinghuayuan Street was 25.26 million yuan, an increase of 54.6% over the previous year.
