Qinghe Street, belonging to Beijing Haidian District, is located in the northeastern part of Haidian District, east to the Beijing-Tibet Expressway and Xisanqi Street, south to the College Road testing site and College Road Street adjacent to the west to the Jingbao Road and Shangdi Street adjacent to the north to the Xiyiqi North Road in lieu of the requisition land and the border with Changping District. The total area is 9.37 square kilometers, and at the end of 2011, the total population of Qinghe Street was 144,700. In November 1959, Qinghe Street was established; in March 2000, Qinghe Street was separated from Xisanqi and Shangdi Streets. As of October 2021, there are 29 neighborhoods under the jurisdiction of Qinghe Street. The street office is located at No. 20, Xiaoying West Road. From January to September 2013, there were 160 stock enterprises with tax payment of over 100,000 yuan and district-level tax contribution of 290 million yuan in Qinghe Street, and 18 incremental enterprises with tax payment of over 50,000 yuan and district-level tax contribution of 43.7676 million yuan.
