Qilihai Town, belonging to Ninghe District, Tianjin, is located in the southwest of Ninghe District, east of Lutai Town across the Jijie Canal, south of Binhai New Area and Beijing Qinghe Farm, west of Beihuaidian Town, and north of Dabeijiangu Town, Tangshan City Lutai Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tawaraguchi Town, with an administrative area of 59.34 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the household population of Qilihai Town was 27,899. In September 2001, Nanjiangu Township merged with Renfeng Township to establish Qilihai Town. As of June 2020, Qilihai Township has 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township's people's government stationed in Renfengzhuang Village.
