Ninghe District, belongs to Tianjin. It is located in the northeastern part of Tianjin, the eastern part of North China Plain and the northwestern part of Bohai Bay. East of Tangshan City, Fengnan District, Fengrun District, west of Baodi District, Wuqing District, Beichen District, southwest of Yongding New River, southeast of Binhai New Area. It is adjacent to Dongli District in the south and Fengrun District and Yutian County in Tangshan City in the north, with a total area of 1,296 square kilometers (including Beijing Qinghe Farm, Hebei Lutai Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Hangu Management Area).In 2021, Ninghe District had a resident population of 389,600 people, and a household population of 412,000 people. Liao, Wuqing County was divided into Xianghe County. In Jin, Xianghe County was divided into Baodi County.
