Ninghe District, belongs to Tianjin. It is located in the northeastern part of Tianjin, the eastern part of North China Plain and the northwestern part of Bohai Bay. East of Tangshan City, Fengnan District, Fengrun District, west of Baodi District, Wuqing District, Beichen District, southwest of Yongding New River, southeast of Binhai New Area.
