Yao Du District, belongs to Linfen City, Shanxi Province. It is the political, economic, cultural and transportation center of Linfen City. It is located in the southern part of Shanxi Province and the central part of Linfen City, in the center of Linfen Basin, with the Fen River running through it from north to south.
