Jiading Juyuan New District is located in the west and north of Jiading Old Town, in a half-moon shape surrounding the Old Town, covering an area of 18.61 square kilometers, with a resident population of 42,000 people. It is now under the jurisdiction of 4 villagers' committees (divided into 76 villagers' groups) and 5 residents' committees. The new area is planned to be 13 square kilometers of urbanized land.
