Xinzhuang Town is the seat of Minhang District Committee and Government, adjacent to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, east of Meilong Town, south of Zhuanqiao Town, west of Songjiang District, north of Qibao Town, only 6 kilometers away from Shanghai Customs Port deep-water wharf, via the Outer Ring Road, 10 minutes to Hongqiao Airport, 45 minutes directly to Pudong International Airport. Geographically, it is the "center of Shanghai". Xinzhuang is located at the end of Shanghai Metro Line 1, which has led to the rapid development of the area after the opening of the metro.
