Hua Cao Town is located in the north of Minhang District, Shanghai, on the south bank of Suzhou River, with Hua Cao Harbor passing through the town. It is connected with Changning District and Longbai Street in the east, Qingpu District in the west, Qibao Town in the south, and Suzhou River and Jiading District in the north, with an area of 28.2 square kilometers, and in June 2011, it had an area of 28.2 square kilometers and a household population of 41,000 people, and the town government of Hua Cao Town was stationed at No. 228, Jizhai Road.
