Situated upstream of the Huangpu River and adjacent to the Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub, it is approximately 20 kilometers from Hongqiao Airport and accessible via Metro Lines 5 and 15.By 2025, the park will continue to advance the upgrade of smart manufacturing, promote the "industrialization of high-rise buildings," and foster the integration of industry and urban development. The park benefits from policy support available to national-level economic and technological development zones in areas such as land use, taxation, and foreign investment approval. It offers incentive measures for high-tech enterprises, including additional deductions for R&D expenses, corporate income tax incentives, and talent subsidies.
