Huili Town, belonging to Fushan District, Yantai City, Shandong Province, is located in the southern part of Fushan District, Yantai City, east of the Waijiao River and Laishan District, Yantai City, southeast of the border with Muping District, west of Qixia City, Taocun Town, neighboring, and north of the street of Menlou, with an area of 103.25 square kilometers in the administrative area. As of the end of 2019, Huili Town had a household population of 33,567.
During the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Southeast Baonan Societies. In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Xinglong District and Wangyuan District; in March 1984, the commune was abolished to set up Huili Town; in December 2006, the people's government was moved to the northwest of Xihuili Village. As of June 2020, Huili Town has 29 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located in Xihuili Village.
In 2019, there were 33 industrial enterprises in Huili Town, of which 3 were above scale, and there were 94 general stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
