Luohe Town, belonging to Ju County, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, is located in the northern part of Ju County, east of Zhaoxian Town across the Mu River, south of Yanzhuang Town, west of Guozhuang Township, Yishui County Sanshilibao Township, north of Anzhuang, Werishan Township, with an area of 72.5 square kilometers, and a household population of 44,982 in 2018. In the seventeenth year of the Republic of China (1928), the territory belonged to the sixth district of Ju County, Shandong Province. In August 1945, it belonged to Juyi County, Luzhong Three Specialized Agency.In January 1952, it was transferred to Yishui County, with the serial name of 16th District.In June 1984, it was changed to Luohe Township.In February 2002, the township was withdrawn to build Luohe Township. As of June 2020, Luohe Township has 8 communities under its jurisdiction. In 2018, Luohe Town has 65 industrial enterprises, including 15 above scale, and 64 general stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
