Huanzhen Town, belonging to Weishan County, Jining City, Shandong Province, is located in the central part of Weishan County, the east bank of Zhaoyang Lake, bordering Zhangwang Town of Tengzhou City in the east, connecting with Fucun Town in the south, looking at Zhanglou Township and Xiping Township of the county across Zhaoyang Lake in the west, and bordering with Xigang Township of Tengzhou City and Liuzhuang Township of the county in the north, with an area of 103.03 square kilometers of administrative area.
Before 1949, the realm of Huanzhen Town belonged to the seventh district of Peixian County, Jiangsu Province; after 1949, it belonged to the fourth district of Xuecheng County; in March 1956, Xuecheng County was abolished and returned to Weishan County, and in September of the same year, it was transferred to Teng County; in December 1958, it was transferred to Weishan County and established a commune In 1966, it was changed to Minjin City; in 1969, it was restored to Minjin City Commune; in 1984, it was reconstructed into Huanzhen Town; as of the end of 2018, the Huancheng Town has a household population of 98,553; as of June 2020, Huancheng Town has 77 administrative villages under its jurisdiction; the town's people's government is located in Dongcun.
