The Weishan Lake Digital Economy Industrial Park project has a total investment of 2.115 billion yuan and consists of four sub-projects. This project constitutes the first phase of the Xingchuang Industrial Park. It is planned to occupy an area of 120,000 square meters (approximately 180 mu) and will include the construction of six standardized factory buildings with a total floor area of 92,360 square meters, as well as 1,524 square meters of supporting facilities such as a substation, pump house, and fire water tank.31,495 square meters of roads and plazas, 6,133 square meters of sidewalks, and 20,846 square meters of green space. Outdoor water supply and drainage systems, power supply, and other public utilities will be constructed concurrently to meet the project’s operational needs.
