Xuzhai Town, belonging to Shan County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the northern part of Shan County City, east of Shilou Town, south of Litianlou Town, Xiejie Town, west of Li Xinzhuang Town, northwest of Chengwu County Bailufutu Town, north of Jinxiang County Jibi Town. The area is 98.73 square kilometers.In 2018, the household population was 69,244. In April 1958, Xuzhai Township was established, and in September of the same year, it was reorganized into Qianjin Commune.In January 1959, it was renamed as Xuzhai Commune.In December 1983, it was abolished to establish Xuzhai Township.In June 2020, Xuzhai Township had 31 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. In 2018, Xuzhai Town has 29 industrial enterprises, including 16 industrial enterprises above scale, and 113 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
