Two, support mode

Three, reporting conditions

2. The projects that have been supported by the provincial major science and technology innovation projects will not be repeated in principle; the units that are currently undertaking the Heze City Science and Technology Innovation Breakthrough Program will no longer participate in this declaration.

3. The project leader is in principle the main research ideas for the project and the actual host researchers, must have a high level of scientific research and innovation, and can be in the task period to host the completion of the project research work. Encourage the innovation of industry-university-research cooperation, the project leader for the introduction of nature, must provide a letter of appointment or work agreement.

4. The new investment in the project shall not be less than 10 million yuan, self-financing in the implementation of the project in principle shall not be reduced.

5. Project implementation cycle is generally 2 years. The declaring unit shall be responsible for the authenticity of the indicators and data involved in the declaration materials. After the acceptance of the declared project, in the process of project establishment and project implementation, in principle, can not change the declared unit and person in charge.

6. The major scientific and technological achievements submitted by the project reporting unit in Shandong Science and Technology Cloud Platform will be used as an important reference basis for project establishment.
