Fangqian Town, part of Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, is located in the eastern part of Junan County, bordering Pingshang Town to the east, Zhuanggang Town to the south, the county seat of Junan County to the west, and Flood Slope Town to the north, with an administrative area of 182.92 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Fangqian Town had a household population of 89,489. During the Ming Dynasty, the territory belonged to Xiangdi She of Feibin Township; in December 1994, the township was abolished and Fangqian Town was established; in August 2011, Xiangdi Town was incorporated. As of June 2020, Fangqian Township has 20 communities under its jurisdiction. In 2019, Fangqian Town has 97 industrial enterprises, including 12 above scale, and 120 general stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
