Lingquan Town, part of Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, is located in the western part of Junan County, bordering Crossroads Street to the southeast, Banquan Town to the south, Hedong District to the southwest, Daokou Town to the northwest, and Feibin Town to the north, with an administrative area of 61.61 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Lingquan Town has a household population of 46,690.
In May, 1947, the Republic of China (R.O.C.) established Lingquan District; in August, 1996, the township was abolished and Lingquan Town was established. As of June 2020, Lingquan Township has 5 communities and 25 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township's people's government located in Xilingquan Village.
