Yang'an Town, belonging to Leling City, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Leling City, bordering Zhaitubao Township in the east, neighboring Garden Township in the southeast, Zhengdian Township in the south, Kong Township in the west, and Shizhong Street in the north, with an area of 89.96 square kilometers in the administrative area. As of the end of 2019, Yangan Township has a household population of 48,834.
From the first year of the Republic of China (1912) to the seventeenth year of the Republic of China (1928), it was assigned to Baoxian District and Yannian District; in 1985, the people's government of the town was relocated to Xiaohantun from the West Street of Yang'an Township; in December 1988, Leling withdrew the county and set up a city, which was changed to Yang'an Township of Leling City; in 1993, Wangzhazi Township was withdrawn and merged into Yang'an Township. As of June 2020, Yangan Township has 83 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is located in Zhao Mingyue Village.
In 2019, Yangan Town has 180 industrial enterprises, including 10 above scale, and 80 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
