Hualou Town, belonging to Leling City, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the southwestern part of Leling City, at the junction of Leling City, Lingshen County, and Linyi County, neighboring Yang'an Town to the east, Zhengdian Town to the southeast, bordering Depping Town of Linyi County to the southwest, neighboring Songjia Town of Lingshen County to the northwest, and connecting with Kong Town to the north, with an area of 85.46 square kilometers of administrative area. As of the end of 2019, Hualou Town had a household population of 42,751.
