This plan adheres to the working principle of "people-oriented, prevention-oriented; scientific early warning, timely response; differential control, safety first; local management, strengthen the implementation of information disclosure, social participation," and applies to the administrative area of the new district of Tianqu District, Texas. ③Mandatory emission reduction measures.
Industrial source emission reduction measures. Industrial enterprises to strictly implement the heavy pollution weather emergency list requirements of the orange warning emission reduction measures.
Dust source emission reduction measures. In addition to the immediate interruption of the concrete construction pouring (emergency period after the completion of the first pouring shall not be poured again) and other construction operations, construction sites to stop easy to produce dust pollution construction operations (except emergency rescue).
Mobile source emission reduction measures. Mines (including coal mines), coal washing plants, logistics (except livelihood protection category) and other units involved in the transportation of bulk materials (daily cargo vehicles in and out of more than 10 times) is prohibited to use the National IV and the following emission standards of heavy-duty trucks (including gas) for transportation (except for special vehicles, hazardous chemicals vehicles). (3) Level Ⅰ emergency response measures. After the Ⅰ level emergency response is activated, the following measures will be added on the basis of the implementation of Ⅱ level emergency response measures:
①Public protection measures. Under the guidance of the district education department, flexible teaching and other measures will be taken according to the actual situation. When the red alert is received and the average daily value of AQI reaches 500, schools can take measures to suspend classes.
② mandatory emission reduction measures.
