The second elementary school of Daiyi Township, Drainage County, was founded in 1946 (i.e., the 34th year of the Republic of China). It was named Yihe Township National Center Primary School and was public. After liberation, the name was changed to Yihe Commune Center Primary School. Later, it changed its name many times, and was once called Hongxing Commune Central Primary School, Yihe Township Central Primary School, etc. It is now called Daxian Yihe Township Central School.
