Hade County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ulanqab City County, is located in the central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, northeastern Ulanqab City, located at the eastern end of the northern foothills of the Yinshan Mountains, the southern edge of the central Inner Mongolia Plateau, a semi-arid continental monsoon climate, adjacent to the four banners and counties, with a total area of 2,534 square kilometers. Huale County name implies "to moralization of the people, moral governance of the people" meaning, its name is in accordance with the Chongli, Shangyi, Kangbao, Huale down in order, the four counties are known as Chongshang Kande.
