Yakeshi City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, county-level city under the jurisdiction of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, administered by Hulunbeier City, located in the northeastern part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, central Hulunbeier City, one of the high-latitude areas of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located on the western slope of the middle part of the middle ridge of the Daxinganling, a cold-temperate continental monsoon climate, adjacent to eight banners, districts (cities), with a total area of 27,590 square kilometers.
