Introduction
Xinmin City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, administered by Shenyang City, is located in the north-central part of Liaoning Province and the northwestern part of Shenyang City, situated in the Liaohe Plain, with a warm-temperate semi-humid continental monsoon climate, adjacent to eight counties and districts, and with a total area of 3,318 square kilometers.
