Huanggu District, belonging to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is one of the central urban areas of Shenyang, located in the northwestern part of Shenyang City, bordering Tiexi District in the southwest, Heping District in the south, Dandong District and Shenhe District in the southeast, and Shenbei New District in the north, with a total area of 66.9 square kilometers, and it is the city's most densely populated district, and, as of December 2022, it has 10 streets under the jurisdiction of Huanggu District.
