Heping District, belonging to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the central area of Shenyang City, east and Shenhe District, Hunnan District adjacent to the south and Sujiatun District border, west and Tiexi District, Yuhong District is adjacent to the north and Huanggu District connected. The area of 61.1 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 10 streets, 112 communities (administrative villages).
