Heishan County, part of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the western part of Liaoning Province, at the northeastern tip of Jinzhou City. It is located between 121°49′ and 122°36′ east longitude and 41°29′ and 42°08′ north latitude. The county covers an area of 2,498 square kilometers.
