Duchang Town, belonging to Duchang County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the southeast of Jiujiang City, the southwest of Duchang County, along the shore of Poyang Lake, bordering with Dashu Township and Wangdun Township in the east, Yongxiu County and Lushan City across Poyang Lake in the southwest, and Beishan Township in the north.Duchang Town has been the rule of Duchang County since 1958, and it is the political, economic, and cultural center of the county.
